Use, operation and characteristics for VENDORS
Access and registration as a VENDOR is FREE OF CHARGE and is available to anyone wishing to sell products by making offers to the BUYERS who have previously filled out a request looking for a product. In addition, you can easily set up your own VIRTUAL STORE for only € 1/product record, which will remain published in your virtual store without any time limit.
On INVENTBUY, there are two types of users: those wishing to sell products, called VENDORS; and those wishing to buy products, called BUYERS. Regardless of whether or not we register as VENDORS or BUYERS, we will be able to use both panels (to become a VENDOR, you only have to complete the Form of Payment field on the form so that people can pay you for their purchases: PAYPAL, bank account to receive transfers or cash on delivery), switching from one area to the other using only the tabs at the top of the web site.

EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED, you will be able to access the BUYERS’ SEARCH ENGINE (showing other people requesting products they want to buy) and only if you want to type in an economic offer to one of these BUYERS will you have to register your details on INVENTBUY. In addition, you can then use an ADVANCED SEARCH ENGINE that will let you search by product categories, geographical areas of the world, product status (new or used) and the period during which the request has been published.

Some of the main characteristics of the VENDORS’ area are:
- Once you are registered, you will have unlimited access to be able to respond to any potential BUYERS you may find and negotiate with them to agree on the price of what they are looking for and what you have to offer them. You respond to each request from a BUYER by completing a short form in which you can upload images of the product you have for sale, an explanatory text and even a file with additional details. In addition, you will have to fill out the boxes with the price and shipping costs.
- INVENTBUY will provide you with all the tools you need to be able to search for potential customers for your products, identify them on the database, send them text messages from the web site, include your economic offer, change the price offered to another one; and finally, if the purchase is made, INVENTBUY will furnish you with the entire payment gateway and the maximum security to receive payment for your sales correctly.
- INVENTBUY will only charge you 1% (minimum of € 0.50) of the total of the sale you make as our commission (without including shipping costs) and another 1% that will be the discount that INVENTBUY will apply to the BUYER. Therefore, from the final price you agree with the BUYER, you will only “lose” 2% of the total sale, a percentage we feel is no hindrance for making sales through this portal, as well as offering you a very easy to use internal management system for this minimum cost.
- We include an ALERT SYSTEM, in other words you will be able to select all the categories in the SEARCH ENGINE you are interested in and any new requests made by BUYERS will be sent to you by e mail automatically.
Similarly, if a BUYER completes a purchase through INVENTBUY, you will be sent an e mail giving you all the details of the sale.
- As a VENDOR, you will also have the possibility of creating your own VIRTUAL STORE and add product records in each of the sections and sub-sections you feel may be necessary. A place in which you will be able to sell all the products you want and it will only cost you € 1/product record. There is no expiry date for that product record, in other words you upload it when you want and it will remain on sale for as long as you like as it will never expire! In addition, this tool will let your clients (BUYERS) pay you through their credit or debit cards (they will have to have an account with PAYPAL, a very secure payment system used in the United States, Japan, the whole of Europe, Asia and the rest of the world), bank transfers or cash on delivery.
The operation will be the same: INVENTBUY will charge you the 1% commission (minimum € 0.50) of the total shopping cart (without including shipping costs) plus another 1% which will be discounted from the BUYER.

- We also have a SALES LOG, recording all of the sales you have made and you will also be able to monitor these (view the date of the sale, the name of the client and the shipping information, etc.). In addition, you will have a 45 day window in which to pay the commission pertaining to any sale effected and, once this has been paid to INVENTBUY, we will issue the corresponding invoice.
- Once the sale has been made and completed, you will have the opportunity to rate the BUYER by assigning positive or negative points to reward them for their treatment, promptness of payment, etc. These scores will be public and will help you buy and/or sell with greater confidence as the more positive points a BUYER or VENDOR has, the greater the guarantee we will have of their quality and security to enter into any transaction with them; therefore, this is something to pay attention to and you should always strive to attain good scores.
INVENTBUY is defined as a new way of BUYING AND SELLING, so it is a web Portal devoted to the sale and purchase of any object (new or used) that can be put up for sale or bought through this web application. All you have to do is register and, from that moment on, you will be able to start buying and selling.
