Help on: Offers Accepted by Clients and Sales Finalized
In this section we will speak about two very similar sections: OFFERS ACCEPTED BY CLIENTS (Nº 1) and SALES FINALIZED (Nº 2) which will show us a summary of the purchases of our products made by different BUYERS together with the date, shipping details, the final sales price, product details and the dates when the order was placed and was shipped.
The difference with the previous section (Nº 1) is that the section on SALES FINALIZED (Nº 2) will store all those sales successfully finalized either through direct negotiation with BUYERS or through sales effected at your VIRTUAL STORE, providing there has been no incident recorded in the 30 days following reception of the PRODUCT by the BUYER; in other words, if the transaction concludes satisfactorily for both parties.
It is necessary to pay attention to the different buttons that will appear in the column for the PRICE/FORM OF PAYMENT USED (Nº 4) as these will show a number of different alerts (payment received by PAYPAL and its date; if by bank transfer, you will have to click on the “transfer received” button; if an order is cancelled, click on the corresponding button, …), as well as the column for SHIPMENT DATE (Nº 5) which will display the button you will have to click on once you send the product to the BUYER who has already paid you. We recommend you click on these ALERT BUTTONS promptly when they appear on the respective columns (Nº 4 and Nº 5) so that the BUYERS also receive the information in real time on their panels.
Using the GIVE FEEDBACK button (Nº 3) you will be able to rate the BUYER by assigning positive or negative points and also leave a comment, in the light of how the transaction has gone, promptness in payment, etc. To avoid any speculation, both the comment by the BUYER and the VENDOR will be published at the same time and, if one or other has not provided any rating or feedback, the score and comments received from the other party would be published automatically by the system (it is not possible to change the rating given or to add a comment if one was not initially published).
You can also see that the two bottom buttons in your Virtual Store tool area, namely ORDERS MADE and INVOICING (SALES FINALIZED) take you to exactly the same place as the sections for OFFERS ACCEPTED BY CLIENTS (Nº 1) and SALES FINALIZED (Nº 2).
