- Is this service free?
Yes, signing up and placing your requests (BUYERS) or offers (VENDORS) is free of charge. In addition, by registering as a BUYER you will also be registered as a VENDOR by filling out the FORMS OF PAYMENT field. Therefore, you will be able to buy and sell things very simply over the Internet.
- How can I pay for what I buy? Can I pay with PAYPAL or using a credit or debit card?
Yes, providing that the Vendor accepts that form of payment. INVENTBUY will create all the system so that the VENDOR is able to offer payment systems using credit or debit cards (through the PAYPAL web site), Bank Transfers or cash on delivery.
The different forms of payment accepted, depending on the product’s VENDOR, who will determine which forms of payment will be allowed to collect payments for his or her sales.
In order to pay for your purchases with a credit or debit card, you need to be registered on PAYPAL (used throughout the world, and especially in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Spain, etc.), one of the most secure systems for paying for your shopping, whether with credit or debit cards, or by making a transfer. It is always totally secure because you will never provide us or the VENDOR with your personal details at any point in the process, only your e mail, so all your information will be kept on PAYPAL and always protected so as to prevent anyone from charging you more or charging you for purchases you haven’t made, since once the transactions have been charged to your e mail you will have to validate them yourself from the PAYPAL panel and finalize the purchase in order to confirm the charge.
- I’m a VENDOR and a product has been returned, can I recover the commission charged by INVENTBUY?
Of course, INVENTBUY will refund you the 1% commission collected up to 30 days after the sale was made.
- I’m a VENDOR and I have paid the commissions. Will INVENTBUY issue an invoice for the commissions I have paid?
Yes. Once payment is received, INVENTBUY will automatically generate an invoice in .pdf format that you will be able to download from your VENDOR panel.
- Can I create a VIRTUAL STORE for myself on INVENTBUY?
Of course, it´s free!
The Virtual Store application will allow you to create sections and sub-sections of products and add and place product records in each of these, even getting your store ranked on the main search engines such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, … thanks to the system and the programming language in which it is developed..
You can even allow your clients to pay you in a variety of ways, such as PAYPAL, credit or debit card, Bank Transfer or cash on delivery.
- Why is it totally free of charge to place product requests or purchase orders from the BUYER panel?
Because basically we provide VENDORS with the means to find BUYERS interested in their products and that’s why we will only charge the VENDORS a small percentage (1% of the total sale).
- What advantages are there to buying through INVENTBUY?
Buying products at the BEST PRICES by submitting my request FREE OF CHARGE in a simple form which means that the VENDORS themselves are the ones offering me THEIR BEST PRICE, submitting offers to my private area without visibility of the offers made by their competitors. In addition, if I finalize the purchase through INVENTBUY, I will receive a further discount of 1% on the price agreed with the VENDOR.
- What advantages are there to selling through INVENTBUY?
Making contact simply with people interested in your products and, in addition, boosting your sales by creating your own VIRTUAL STORE.
- Can I apply to be de-registered from this service?
Of course. Once you have validated your registration, you can enter the “My Details, Edit Details” area where there is a link marked “De-register me from INVENTBUY” and you will be able to remove your registration at any time. Only where there is a payment pending for a purchase made or a particular transaction still being processed or commission pending payment will you have to wait until these are finalized in order to proceed with your definitive removal from the system.
- Can I alter my personal details at any time?
Yes, but certain fields such as the telephone number and user-name will not be able to be changed at any time. Therefore, once these fields have been typed in and confirmed they can only be altered under the supervision of INVENTBUY and after prior verification.
Don’t forget that purchases made may only be shipped to the address on the registration record and you will only be allowed to ship to a different address (without changing your access details) after the second purchase made.
- How can I know if a VENDOR is reliable?
To begin with, in order to become a BUYER or VENDOR, you must comply with a series of verifications of the details submitted (a text message is sent to the telephone number at the moment of registration) and therefore, if anyone commits some kind of fraud the information on our database would be provided to the competent authority in response to a Court Order.
Furthermore, every time a transaction occurs, both BUYERS and VENDORS will receive a public evaluation (positive or negative points) and comments from other users making purchases from a particular VENDOR. These details will help you take decisions about which VENDOR you finally want to buy from.
