- That BUYERS / VENDORS should pay for the products bought or sold using PAYPAL or a credit or debit card from the PAYPAL web site, as this system is SECURE and the accounts of both BUYERS and VENDORS are totally verified so that, if necessary, it would be possible to give a refund for the product purchased or resolve any incident arising with a VENDOR.
